Refund Policy All Boogie & The Yo-Yoz Merch items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color preferences, or change of mind. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at boogieandtheyoyozmerch@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the transaction. European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item.
